What is a STAR Rating?

Every year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluates Health Plans on a Five-Star Quality Rating System, to measure the quality of health that is provided to you. Therefore, our goal is to provide high quality healthcare, working alongside your Primary Care Physician and other Doctors who are delivering your care, to ensure you receive the right care at the right time.

Our team will communicate with you to help guide and educate you on how to receive preventive health services that are recommended. We facilitate your care, giving you the tools and resources you will need to help schedule and complete your preventive health services, while learning to take control over your healthcare, and maintaining your overall health.
