Tai Chi allows you to move at your own pace while strengthening your muscles and joints, leaving you with peace of mind, body and soul. It’s a great way to let go of all the daily stress, making you spiritually happy.
Intermediate: 12 – 1 p.m.
Beginners: 1:15 to 2:30 p.m.
The class is located in the multipurpose room at the Saint Anthony of Padua Community Center. Please park in the back of the community center.
